How to watch the Monaco Grand Prix

The South of France is the crown jewel of luxury, with some of the world’s finest events, including the Monaco Yacht Show, the Cannes Film Festival and the Monaco Grand Prix. The world’s most prestigious race takes place every year in the Principality of Monaco, with the finest drivers piloting in the narrow streets of  Monte Carlo. You can watch this impressive race from the stands, but that means missing the real Monaco experience. Here are some options to live your Grand Prix to the fullest.

Aboard a Yacht

Surprisingly accessing a yacht during the Monaco Grand Prix isn’t so complicated. You can simply purchase yacht packages to watch the race aboard a yacht or party one evening. With exceptional views on the track and some of the world’s finest entertainment, you will experience a once-in-a-lifetime event.

On a private balcony

Private balconies offer a higher view of the track, with some of the best ones being located in the Panorama building or Ermanno Palace. These buildings offer a direct view above the St Devote turn, one of the most eventful of the race. Ermanno Palace even allows you to see the start of the race!

In a gastronomic restaurant

To combine the very best of both worlds, some of the finest restaurants in Monaco have a panoramic terrasse and allow you to enjoy the race while eating gastronomic cuisine. The Pavyllon, the Louis XV or the Grill are some of the very finest options. There’s nothing more Monaco than eating three stars cruising while watching the world’s fastest cars.

After the race, don’t hesitate to head down to the other side of the French Riviera to relax poolside in one of the luxury villas in Cannes. The Monaco Grand Prix is one of the most intense events of the year, some rest will be needed!
